Reducing Liability through Proper Training

This practical, church-focused class equips safety team members and staff with proven communication and observation skills to recognize concerns early, manage difficult encounters, and maintain a calm, respectful environment.  Participants will learn to recognize the signs of dangerous behavior, learn skills to manage people in crisis, and make sound decisions about when to involve law enforcement, all while integrating these skills into their existing safety plans.

The course is grounded in real-world experience and designed specifically for faith-based settings.  We will also conduct a demonstration after the training, inside the church with SOK Defense Spray.
